Patient Information

The Patient Information links will help you to find details of neurological charities, societies, support groups and forums. We hope it will signpost useful sources of information for people with neurological disorders. We also hope that this resource will be useful for patients with Information Prescriptions and for health care professionals compiling information to give to patients and carers.

In addition we have a small collection of printed patient information which consists of literature, information and advice sheets from various neurological charities.  This collection is available for reference only.

Library staff are unable to provide direct medical information or advice, so please use this freely available list and also contact  your own doctor. Staff and patients at UCL Hospitals also have access to the UCLH Patient Advice & Liaison Service.
