The registration fees do not include conference dinner fees. We will be in touch with the registered participants regarding the conference dinner.
We welcome those who are not an author of any paper but would like to attend a conference as a general participant. We however may refuse to issue an invitation letter to people from security-sensitive organisations or to allow their entry to the venue. We will refund registration fees in this case but will not bear any further responsibility. If you would like to just attend the conference (without presenting any paper) and your organisation may fall into this category, please get in touch with the conference organiser cege.transitdata@ucl.ac.uk.
