Information for those interested in becoming a student on a Scholarship at CASA. Application deadlines vary between scholarship schemes - check the links below for up to date information.

The Bartlett Promise Master's Scholarship

This scholarship aims to enable students from backgrounds underrepresented in The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment to pursue master's studies at The Bartlett.

This scholarship aims to enable students from backgrounds underrepresented in The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment to pursue master's studies at The Bartlett.

CASA Urban Futures Master's Scholarships

We are offering 27 Urban Futures Master's Scholarships worth £10,000 each to students starting CASA’s Urban Spatial Science MSc and Connected Environments MSc course in September 2024.

Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme

The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme is a joint initiative between the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and UK universities to support students from developing Commonwealth countries.

Deadline: 14 December 2023


Study in the UK with Chevening

Chevening enables outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK. Students must apply before they even apply to the programme, the application cycle begins before the admissions cycle.

Postgraduate scholarships for international students

You can apply for a postgraduate scholarship from the UK government to cover things like course fees and the cost of living when you study in the UK. International students from the EU aren’t eligible for these scholarships. If you’re from Malta or Cyprus you can still apply for Commonwealth Scholarships.

Snowdon Masters Scholarship

The Snowdon Masters Scholarship has been designed to identify and accelerate talented disabled students through higher education, creating the influencers of the future.

UCL Research Opportunity Scholarship

UCL's Research Opportunity Scholarship (UCL-ROS) supports BAME postgraduate research degree students.

UCL Research Excellence Scholarship

UCL’s Research Excellence Scholarship (UCL-RES) is our new prestigious scholarship which aims to attract outstanding scholars to undertake doctoral research at UCL.

Deadline: 12 January 2024

Students whose first language is not English must be able to provide recent evidence that their spoken and written command of the English language is adequate for the programmes for which they have applied. Full details on UCL's English language requirements can be found on this page.

When completing the UCL Graduate Admission form, you must state 'Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis' as the UCL department you are applying for, otherwise your form will not reach us. In addition, we request a 1,500-2,000 word research proposal to support your application; we will not be able to consider your application without it.
