The Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis is an interdisciplinary institute focusing on the science of cities within The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment at UCL. With the aim of advancing the state of the science of cities through research, complemented by taught graduate study and consultancy, we offer three focused Master's degrees and a MPhil/PhD programme.

We employ circa forty permament academic, professional services and research staff, and our researchers, students and alumni work at the cutting edge of this interdisciplinary science. Our research tools and models frequently inform systems ranging from urban planning through to museum, retail and heritage applications and onwards to social network understanding. Our campus is based in the heart of London, on Tottenham Court Road.
