On Wednesday 1st May we will be hosting an Open Evening for any prospective postgraduate students.

Prospective students will have the chance to find out more about the Institute and also meet and talk to teaching staff about your course of interest.

Advanced Physiotherapy: Cardiorespiratory

This postgraduate programme in Advanced Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy integrates the clinical, academic and research components of physiotherapy practice. The emphasis is on the management of patients with cardiorespiratory disorders.

Flexibility in selection of courses allows for physiotherapists with particular interests to be accommodated.

Advanced Physiotherapy: Paediatrics

This postgraduate programme in Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy integrates the clinical, academic and research components of physiotherapy practice and encourages students to develop their roles as advanced paediatric physiotherapy practitioners.

Flexibility in selection of courses allows for physiotherapists with particular interests to be accommodated.

  • Academic year starts Monday 24th September 2012
  • The deadline for applications is 3rd August 2012
  • 1 year full-time or up to 5 years part-time
  • MSc - 180 credits, PG Diploma - 120 credits, PG Certificate - 60 credits
  • Students completing the PG Certificate may use the 60 credits towards the PG Diploma or MSc within 2 years of their original application

Taster modules and Short courses for CPD

UCL offers a selection of postgraduate modules as short and taster courses. The taster programme provides an excellent method of giving health professionals the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills whilst earning UCL credits.

Participants may undertake the course as a discrete unit for CPD or, if assessed, may use the credits towards completion of the MSc or Diploma at UCL.  More information on short courses
