Miranda is a NERC funded PhD student, who previously undertook her MSci project soda-lake cichlids in the Day lab in 2017, before working as a research assistant at Seoul National University in South Korea for 2 years on amphibian behavioural and population ecology. Her PhD project is on amphibian population genetics and phylogeography, which is co-supervised by Mark Wilkinson at the NHM.
