Gino Brignoli
Gino is a London NERC DTP funded PhD student whose project considers how changes in bird trait diversity and composition alter ecosystem function in human-impacted Afromontane sky islands. His project is supervised by Dr Julia Day, Prof. Ken Norris (IOZ) and Dr Alex Pigot. Gino joins the lab after having worked as a research assistant at Queen Mary University of London where he investigated the genetics of social polymorphism in ants following on from his MSc.
