Stages in our recruitment process
Depending on the role, our end to end recruitment process may include elements such as:

2 | Online testsFor example, aptitude tests |
3 | A short video pitchTo help us find out candidates motivations for applying. |
4 | Assessment dayConsisting of a group exercise/real case study, presentation and 1-1 interview which gives candidates a chance to showcase their current skills and capabilities and learn more about us. |
5 | Final competency and strengths-based interviewWith a panel, typically two to three UCL staff including the line-manager, and a short practical ‘technical’ test. |
