London Allowance of £5,197 per annum is payable in addition for those working in London, and in spaces immediately bordering London, such as Dorking and Wickford.
The applicable London Living Wage (LLW) of £14.80 per hour is above pay points AP1, AP2 and AP3 and therefore these pay rates will be adjusted to LLW via an allowance for staff below that level (effective from 1 November 2025 until 31 July 2026).
Incremental progression will be based on completing set annual milestones. UCL apprentices will also receive the agreed annual cost of living increase.
Apprentices join on a fixed term basis for the length of the apprenticeship scheme. At the end of the apprenticeship, you can apply for any suitable vacancies.
