Next of kin is a verbatim show about all the (other) ways to make a family. Created through recorded interviews, this collage of voices explores kinship experiments which could unmake dominant assumptions about family: nuclear, romatic, private, genetic, heterosexual, linear, economic.
This piece is by Emily Jones & Hannah Calascione and is currently in development. Join us for a work-in-progress sharing of material with a post-show Q&A with Dr Vasanti Jadva
