Laboratory Waste

This is the responsibility of the Building Support Services group. Please refer to their section for more details.

To arrange disposal of laboratory equipment and fridges / freezers contact Jon Calver ext: 46622. A Decontamination Certificate will be required, please refer to the Safety section of the Intranet.

General and building waste

14Forty are responsible for the delivery of these services.

Office bins are emptied by the cleaners every evening, Monday to Friday.

Cardboard should be left on the Core landing collection point for collection by the evening cleaners. Please flat pack boxes to assist with recycling.

Paper for recycling can be deposited in the green Bywaters containers located in the Write Up areas of each wing.
