UCL Expand: Our Solar System: Building Space Settlements in Diverse Planetary Conditions

Meet Taster Presenter Beenish and hear all about her chosen topic focusing on building settlements in space

Imagine life beyond Earth and the challenges of settling on other planets. Explore the properties of planets and moons within our solar system to assess their potential for human habitation. Apply scientific analysis and creative problem-solving to design a hypothetical research base, exploring how we might overcome the unique challenges of living in space.

For students interested in: Physics; Astrophysics; Planetary Science; Chemistry; Engineering; Computer Science
