WP CoP Awards 2022

It's that time to celebrate the achievements of standout staff members, teams, and projects for their vital contributions to widening participation at UCL over the past year. Join us for the WP CoP awards ceremony, where we will be congratulating our members in the following categories:

Access Award: An individual, project, or team that has shown outstanding dedication in improving access to UCL for disadvantaged and underrepresented groups.

Student Success Award: An individual, project, or team that has shown outstanding dedication towards enabling all of our students to be successful at UCL, regardless of their background, and to ease the transition from school.

Schools & Community Award: An individual, project, or team that has worked towards building strong relationships or links for WP working with schools or the wider community at UCL.

Careers & Progression Award: An individual, project, or team that has worked towards helping UCL WP students prepare for their future through improving their employability, progression, and/or career outcomes.

Above & Beyond Award: An individual who has shown outstanding dedication to improving widening participation outcomes at UCL through their attitude, conduct, and work both as part of their role and beyond.

The event will be held between 17:30 - 19:00 on Thursday the 8th of December 2022, at Bidborough House, ground floor, west wing. Nibbles and drinks will be provided.

This couldn't be done without the efforts of the WP CoP team, who have fostered a strong community spirit throughout the divergent departments, faculties, and teams who work together to support fair access and participation at UCL.
