Getting it right for care experienced students in higher education

UCL's Access and Widening Participation Office are committed to supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds, including those with care experience, to access, achieve and prosper at university.

We were delighted to commission this research by experts in this Thomas Coram Research Unit, UCL Institute of Education. This research investigated the experiences of students in Higher Education when they have a background of having lived in local authority care as children.
