Introduction to Managing Casework
Thursday 21st March 2024 face-to-face training at UCL
delivered by colleagues from our London Regional Office: Andy Young and Ragesh Khakhria
From 2pm - 4.30pm, Wilkins Garden Room, Bernard Katz Building (lunch available from 1.30)
The purpose of this short course is to provide an introduction to managing casework, give prospective caseworkers the confidence to start undertaking more straightforward cases and emphasise the interrelationship of casework with collective bargaining and organising. It is in no way designed to replace the more extensive courses that UCU offers to branch representatives.
