As part of the UCL-wide Listen and Respond project, led by UCL Culture and the Student Union UCL Volunteer Service, the community engagement team have small grants available for academics looking to work with east London communities around issues arising from Covid-19.

If you are a UCL student or member of staff and have a small project or piece of work that could get started quickly, or current work which could be expanded, please get in touch with the community engagement team to share what you would like to do.

Grants are available for a wide range of activity, although it should link to UCL research, teaching or the ambition of UCL East to be an open, accessible and publicly-engaged campus.

There is a limited pot of money for these activities, and a short time frame to spend it so we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible: engagement-east@ucl.ac.uk.

Any money awarded must be spent by 31 July 2020.

For more information on UCL Listen and Respond, and to hear about other opportunities which are not east London specific, please visit the UCL Listen and Respond website.

29/06/2020: Please note that all of this funding has now been awarded.
