UCL and the Turing

The Alan Turing Institute was created as the national institute for data science in 2015 with artificial intelligence later added to its remit. UCL is one of the five founding universities of the Turing and worked with UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council to set up the institute. UCL joined the Turing University Network on 1 April 2023.
