Come along to this workshop hosted by the UCL Institute of Healthcare Engineering (IHE) and NIHR Great Ormond Street Hospital Biomedical Research Centre (GOSH BRC). The half-day event will explore the development of medical devices at GOSH and UCL including case-studies of medical devices already developed or in development and sharing of best practice.
Researchers will be given guidance about the whole process of development from conception, research and validation, regulatory approval, IP registration, translation and eventual implementation into the patient care pathway.
