In collaboration with the UCL change management community, we’ve developed the Change Management Toolkit to support staff who are planning, implementing and embedding change at UCL.
The site has been built as an initial introduction to the subject of Change Management at UCL and will be developed over time in collaboration with the community. Colleagues in Human Resources and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion have been involved to ensure information and guidance is aligned with institutional policies and tools such as our organisational change procedure and equality impact assessments.
Our aim is to support the community to manage change in a structured and repeatable way, ensuring that impacted staff have a consistent and positive experience of change and minimising the impact of change on our business-as-usual activity.
As well as a comprehensive list of resources, tools, training, and links to information and support from relevant teams across UCL, the site includes sections designed to support staff at different stages of a change project whether that is planning, implementing or embedding change.
