Funding calls

One of our core aims is to co-ordinate, inspire and support underpinning research leading to the development of new technologies, and to services that harness advances in digital design, manufacturing and data analysis techniques. Our final funding call was specifically aimed at the next generation of AT researchers: final year PhD students.

Projects we have funded

We have provided funding for nine feasibility research projects to interdisciplinary teams who have an excellent research hypothesis for solving a clear unmet need, and whose proposals align with at least one of our research priorities: Responsible Engineering; Sensors and Data Science for Communication Aids; and Digital Design & Manufacturing Systems (DMS) & Physical Devices.
