A semi-staged play/debate about the long quest for the discovery of truth in a Universe that appears indifferent to the human condition.

Galileo Galilei and Charles Darwin face ancient myths and beliefs represented by a cardinal as they discover the heresy of Nature. Along this process, a couple of modern citizens struggle against the apparent spiritual desolation of the Universe by seeking natural paths towards hope, meaning and purpose for the human existence.
This play can be performed by secondary school children and it brings alive an essential topic and the most fundamental questions for further discussion and debate.
