Each department at UCL has a Survey Liaison Officer whose role it is to support the dissemination of institutional surveys within their department and help to ensure high response rates.
The role of the Survey Liaison Officer is a staff member who:
- Acts as the contact points for the Student Partnerships team (Office of the Vice-Provost, Education and Student Affairs).
- Receives and distributes survey promotional materials for their department for the National Student Survey (NSS), Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES), Student Experience Survey or New to UCL Survey.
- Encourages students to take the survey and spreads the word among staff.
