28 May 2025

The UCL Student Surveys team invited all eligible students to complete the Annual Programme Survey (APS), which will close on Monday 2 June 2025.

What does the survey cover?

The survey gathers feedback on students’ experiences across various aspects of their programme, including module content, teaching quality, dissertation or major project, and placement (if applicable).

Why does the APS for final year undergraduate students matter?

The survey plays a key role in helping us act on feedback from students, allowing us to identify issues affecting the student experience and take action where needed.

The results from the survey will be available for departments to review by department level.

Student prize draw

After completing the APS, students will be entered into our prize draw:

  • One student will win £1,000 cash
  • Two students will each win £250 cash
  • Ten students will each win a £25 Love2Shop voucher

How you can help

You can encourage students to participate by:

  • promoting the APS for final-year undergraduate students through departmental social media channels
  • highlighting the incentive scheme
  • reminding students about the survey during lectures, seminars or via Moodle

Staff can find APS promotional materials including posters, images for social media and PowerPoint templates on the Templates and Guides page.

Weekly response rate updates will be shared at faculty, department and programme level so you can track the progress.
