Stay in the loop with the Education and Student Lifecycle Portfolio

Learn more about the work of the Education and Student Lifecycle Portfolios by joining their termly events.

The Education and Student Lifecycle Change Portfolios are a group of product teams that are working to enhance education at UCL.

We have listened to your feedback and have created a new series of events to keep you in the loop with this portfolio. Our termly events are called the 'Inspect and Adapt' and 'Vision' sessions.

These events are to update staff who support education and student experience.

The Inspect and Adapt sessions

Inspect and Adapt is a retrospective of the term's work, in which each product showcases its completed work through demos and a short Q&A.
The first Inspect and Adapt session is at 10am – 12pm, Tuesday 7 January 2025.

The Vision sessions

In the Vision session, each product outlines work planned for the next term, signposting benefits for students and staff, key drivers, and the specific tasks to be completed.
The first Vision session is at 11am – 12:30pm, Tuesday 14 January 2025.

Each session is based on a phase of the Education and Student Lifecycle, i.e. Recruitment, Enrolment, Education, Award and Reporting, and updates are relevant to all staff who support education and student experience activities at UCL.

You may want to dip in and out of sessions according to the material most relevant to you, and invites will be updated with approximate timings in advance.
