Student Enquiries Centre: new extended hours

The Student Enquiries Centre now has extended opening hours to make services and information more available to students.
In commitment to improving and developing services for students, the Student Enquiries Team have expanded their team and extended their hours to best support and meet the needs of students.
What the Student Enquiries Centre can do
It can provide UCL current students with information and support related to their registration and student record.
Location
The Student Enquiries Centre is located on Floor 1 of the Student Centre Building, 27-28 Gordon Square.
Opening times
Students can now visit the Student Enquiries Centre during the hours listed below:

Providing information and support to current UCL students
As a reminder, the Student Enquiries Centre can provide information and support to current UCL students on the following:
- Confirmation of student registration/award
- Schengen visa letters
- UK bank accounts
- Enrolment and re-enrolment
- UCL ID cards
- Student status
- Updating Student details
- Changes to studies
- Exams and assessments
- Research assessments
- Degree certificates, transcripts and results
- Graduation ceremonies
- International student support
- Immigration and visas
- Oyster cards and discounts
- Getting around
- Third party verification of student registration and qualification
Please remind students that they cannot pay their student fees in person. Payments should be made online by debit or credit card, by bank transfer or by cheque. Information on how to pay fees can be found on the ‘How to pay your tuition fees’ webpage.
