There are pathways for teaching staff, researchers, postgraduate teaching assistants and professional services staff that support people towards applying for an Arena Fellowship:

• Arena for PGTAs is a development pathway for postgraduate students who teach at UCL, which can lead to an application to become an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
• Arena for Lecturers on probation - aims to prepare you to teach confidently and effectively at UCL and enables you to apply for AdvanceHE Fellowship (FHEA).
• Arena Fellowship is for all other staff who teach, supervise, assess or support students’ learning at UCL - accredited by AdvanceHE.
