This session is an introduction to staff & student partnership. The session aims to help provide a starting point for those wanting to work with their students and help provide practical approaches to achieve that. This includes all UCL staff, as students as partners is a concept that allows for partnership to take place in both traditional classroom and non-traditional working environments.

Aim of the workshop:

The aim of this workshop is to help staff define what partnership in their own context might be.
How we as staff can take a small step into working with students to enhance their experiences at UCL.
Support staff to feel comfortable with how they use their teaching time in a different or creative way.

Intended learning outcomes:

Define what partnership is in your own context

Evaluate what elements of partnership are suitable for you

Discuss how staff/student partnership might create opportunities for your students.
