This session will allow you to find out more about organising and teaching teamwork. We'll cover the common concerns relating to team dynamics, management of tasks and team composition, setting expectations and how teamwork fits practically within UCL regulations.

Aims of the workshop

This session aims to equip staff with the knowledge required to integrate teamwork in their teaching. You'll discuss common challenges and how to approach them successfully.

Intended learning outcomes

After this session you will:

  • understand how teamwork has been implemented within a large module at UCL
  • be able to discuss possible challenges and good practice with your colleagues
  • be able to analyse where teamwork would benefit students you teach, and plan how you might implement it successfully
