Supporting the Transition from SSCC to SPC: Staff Chairs guidance, 3 December 2024 [in-person]

03 December 2024, 3:00 pm–4:00 pm

the portico at Bloomsbury Campus

This workshop aims to support the transition from the Staff/Student Consultative Committee (SSCC) to Student Partnership Committees (SPC). It is aimed at support anyone who may be chairing or leading these committees by explaining why it is more than just a name change to an existing committee. The session will look at ways to make the committee a productive space, investigating why students may be reluctant to participate, what it means to be a chair of these committees and what makes effective partnership in an SPC.

This event is free.
