Thursday 6 October 11am-12pm

his workshop looks at how continuous module evaluation (CME) can be implemented in ways that are meaningful to students and staff. It looks at the regulations and how these can be interpreted to ensure they work for the large range of different modules at UCL.

The workshop discusses how to time evaluations, what questions can be asked, and how we can close the feedback loop (i.e. feed back to students how we respond to their evaluation).

The workshop is conducted in Mentimeter, and this software will be suggested as ideal for implementing CME effectively.

This workshop will

  • Ensure participants are equipped to introduce continuous module evaluation
  • Situate evaluation as an integrated part of the teaching practice

After attending this session you will:

  • Implement continuous module evaluation in their own disciplinary context(s)
  • Ask key questions that ensure evaluations are effective
  • Use a range of evaluation formats

Who should attend
