UCL Arena Centre are delivering this session, which is open to all UCL professional and technical services staff who regularly interact with students alongside successful local models, schemes & approaches for personal tutoring.
Student support continues to be vital this year for facilitating student progress, development, belonging & retention.
In this session we will:
- reflect on boundaries, expectations & referrals;
- consider how to have conversations with students;
- explore approaches in the remote environment;
- discuss some challenging scenarios;
- review further sources of support for students & staff;
