Monday 16 November 14:00 - 15:00

UCL Arena Centre are delivering this session, which is open to all UCL staff who teach and support learning.

Large group teaching in an online environment poses several challenges: keeping students on board, giving all students opportunities for active learning, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to engage and learn, and supporting students outside of teaching time.

We will identify ways to address each of these factors, and there will be an opportunity to discuss experiences and raise further issues.

Please note that this session is about everything to do with teaching large groups online EXCEPT lectures, which are covered in the session 'Designing Connected Learning Lectures'.
