I devise the promotional campaigns for UCL-wide and national surveys, ensuring that staff and students have an awareness and understanding of student feedback mechanisms.

I also run the You Shaped UCL campaign, which shows how student feedback has informed improvements to the student experience at UCL.
I maintain the Student Experience Panel, which promotes opportunities for students to take part in ad-hoc student engagement opportunities such as focus groups.

I am the manager of ChangeMakers, UCL’s central student-staff partnership programme that supports and funds small-scale educational enhancement projects. With Strategic Projects Manager, Abbie King, I design and deliver sessions to empower students and staff to develop and carry out impactful projects in departments. I also manage the Student Reviewers of Teaching Practice stream of Student Quality Reviewers.
Previously I have supported the institutional roll-out of the Connected Curriculum, the subject-level TEF submission, as well as working groups on student experience and new institutional policy. I also led the development and operation of the Connected Learning Internships programme in partnership with UCL Careers between 2020 and 2021.
