Invitation to researchers to apply for a place at a workshop at IISER, Pune, India

Applications are invited to attend a TB Challenges workshop in Pune, India in December 2019. Travel and subsistence costs will be covered by the British Council.

Public Health England, the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER Pune), UCL, AIIMS (Delhi), and IISc (Bangalore) are organising a Newton-Bhabha Fund Researcher Links Workshop at the IISER Pune from 16 to 19 December 2019.  Deadline for applications is Friday 17 May 2019 – please download the flyer to read more.  The delegates, 20 from the UK and 21 from India, will be selected through open competition, and comprise of post-doctoral scientists, lecturers, clinicians, nurses, activists, policy makers, and researchers with a background and interest in TB.  They have to be within 10 years of gaining their PhD/MD ideally.  British Council funds cover travel and subsistence for the workshop.
