Kickstarter campaign to fund film where antibiotics don't work

10 September 2015

catch-film

CATCH depicts a possible near future where all antibiotics have failed. The film follows a father, Tom, and his daughter, Amy, quarantined in their house during a lethal bacterial pandemic. Their fragile existence is threatened when one of them gets sick.

"We wanted to make CATCH to change how people look at antibiotics resistance; not just as a crisis for 'big pharma' and governments, or a microscopic arms race. Instead, we want the audience to see the human effect of a very real global health problem, and take away a new, more personal perspective on the issue."
