What was the most rewarding experience as a Sustainability Ambassador?

I organised, with the support of the UCL Laws Green Impact Team, an event called 'Sustainability in the Legal Field' during the 28 Days of Sustainability with industry leaders, which gave law students a real insight into sustainability in their profession.

What would you say to someone thinking about joining the programme?

Be a part of making change happen at UCL, it is massively rewarding and interesting, and it looks great on the CV!

What was the most rewarding experience as a Sustainability Ambassador?

My most rewarding project as a Sustainability Ambassador was volunteering to run the Sustainable UCL Instagram page at the Sustainability Leadership Conference. I not only got to attend the conference but also got to meet and interview loads of interesting people working in sustainability and share that with everyone who couldn't attend. The conference was my highlight of the year.

What would you say to someone thinking about joining the programme?

You don't need to study a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or anything related to become a sustainability ambassador. All you need is passion and dedication to apply yourself and make a difference.
