IOE Garden Workshops

This is an outdoor activity at the Institute of Education.  Over the 3 days there will be a range of gardening tasks- weeding, planting, making compost, relining and refilling wooden planters or cleaning out cold frames.

The time will be divided across the level 4 and level 5 terraces, and the ‘target’ will be to have some planting established in all 7 of the planters in the ‘new’ Sarah’s Garden on level 4. This will involve the relocation of some plants from Level 5 to level 4, as well as new plants.

There are plenty of slots during the three days- so come along whenever you can and be prepared to join in with the wide range of activiies happening at the time of your session.

No prior gardening experience required - just a hands on learning spirit!
