Join the Students' Union UCL for an inspiring afternoon at the Institute Bar with Tristram Stuart, co-founder of Toast Brewing – the revolutionary beer company that turns surplus bread into delicious brews and donates all profits to environmental causes and one of our firm favourites on campus.

Tristram’s TED Talk on sustainable food systems has been viewed over 2 million times, and now he’s bringing his passion and insights straight to you in first union bar in the UK to sell Toast on draught! Expect an engaging talk on how we can fix our broken food system, followed by a relaxed Q&A session hosted by Levi Fernandez from the Students' Union UCL Student Social Impact Team.

There will also be free samples of Toast's beer for attendees  to try – so you can taste the difference yourself.

Whether you're curious about sustainability, love a new beer, or just want to meet like-minded students, this is the perfect way to kick off your Welcome week with a difference.
