In recent years, single-use-plastics have been the target for environmentally conscious individuals and companies, finding substitutions and cutting them out wherever possible. Removing single-use-plastics from our waterways and oceans and reforming our waste systems is clearly an important step to becoming a more sustainable society. However, is this problem more complex?
Reduce the Juice will take the discussion beyond handy replacements for single-use-plastics and delve into some of the bigger culprits in our waste systems. Who are the biggest producers of plastics and should we really be focusing on plastics at all?
Join the conversation about how we can incorporate sustainability and climate action into our daily lives, and find out how you can receive the University of London’s Sustainability Advocate Award by taking part in their monthly challenges.
