The future is in flux, but at UCL we are committed to showing a sustainable future is possible. Change is possible. How do we go about this? Dr Jo Hale from UCL's Centre for Behaviour Change will be workshopping how we can engage with everyone around us to work towards this future, together.

Ahead of the workshop, we would like you to identify a sustainability problem that you see in your department, office, workplace, etc. or a goal you would like to achieve. Bring this idea with you and we can workshop it together, to consider solutions, or get the ball rolling with some actions.

Jo will take us through the COM-B Model: Capability; Opportunity; Motivation - Behaviour, expanding on how behaviour change is interconnected between these influences. We will also consider the motivations that influence the diverse range of stakeholders at UCL and how a more comprehensive understanding of these can facilitate positive change.

Tea, coffee and sandwiches will be on offer (all veggie/vegan), but do bring your own mugs and reusable cups as there will be no disposables at this one!

This workshop will be recorded via Lecturecast for the purposes of sharing with Sustainable UCL stakeholders for further learning.
