Dr Flaminia Ronca
Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences BSc
Dr Ronca is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH). With a background in Sport Science, and a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics, she has insight into how our bodies respond and adapt to exercise. Her research includes collaborative projects with UCL Neuroscience on the effects of exercise on the central nervous system, and projects with the Metropolitan Police, using exercise to improve the wellbeing and performance of our police officers.
Dr Gavin Jell
Medical Innovation and Enterprise BSc
Dr Gavin Jell is Senior Lecturer in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering in the UCL Division of Surgery and Interventional Science. He leads a research group focused on understanding how materials interact within biological environments in order to create 'better' biomaterials. Find out more about Gavin's research here.

Dr Bhavesh Kumar
Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences BSc
Dr Bhavesh Kumar is a Prinicipal Clinical Teaching Fellow in the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health and Honorary Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at UCLH. As well as teaching on the Sport Medicine, Exercise and Health MSc at UCL, Dr Kumar is also the Chief Medical Officer at Reading Football Club and AFC Wimbledon. Find out more about Bhavesh.
