Courses available

Before you apply

  • First, check that the course you’re interested in is available for UCL Clearing in the list of courses available.
  • Next, check that you meet all entry requirements, including any GCSE (or equivalent) and English language qualifications. For courses that advertise the need for an Admissions Test but have not sat the test, please proceed with your application and we will use your achieved grades to consider you.
  • Make sure you have your achieved grades as Clearing is only for those who have received their exam results.
  • Finally, begin the application process.
  • Current UCL offer holders who want to apply for a course available in Clearing should complete our dedicated form. Please note that you must have achieved the entry requirements for the course that you are requesting consideration for.

Applying

We will not make verbal Clearing offers over the phone.

To make your UCL Clearing application, please follow the steps below:

  • Check that the course you are interested in has vacancies.
  • Make sure you meet the entry requirements, including any GCSE (or equivalent) and/or English Language requirements. Click the course name in the list above to view the entry requirements on the prospectus page.
  • Complete the online Clearing application form. You can apply for up to two courses.

Step-by-step instructions are available in this form. You must submit the Clearing application form to be considered.

Need help completing the form?

Contact the UCL Admissions Office on +44(0)20 8059 0939. The phone lines will be open between 9am to 5pm UK time (Monday to Friday). The phone lines are likely to be very busy.

Next steps 

Once you have submitted the Clearing application form, we will send you an acknowledgement email. Ensure that you add donotreplyadmissions@ucl.ac.uk to your list of safe senders and check your Junk/Spam folders.

We will review your application and aim to contact you with a decision within two working days. Please check your emails in case we request further information from you.

We will email you an outcome once we have made a decision.
