Student of Concern form

If the student you are referring is at imminent danger to themselves or others, please call 999 before submitting a Student of Concern report. The Student Support and Wellbeing Services (SSWS) are not an emergency service and delaying a call to the emergency services could be detrimental to the student and those around them.
