Responsibilities
- Delivers full-time, face-to-face support at the Bloomsbury Student Centre and UCL East
- Responds to a wide range of enquiries in person, via askUCL, and by phone
- Provides general advice and support on behalf of the Student and Registry services
- Supports students with understanding and navigating university processes and policies
- Triages complex and critical cases as the first line support team
- Manages the appointment system on behalf of the Mental Health and Wellbeing and the Disability and Neurodiversity teams
- Delivers continuous improvement projects benefitting the student experience of Student Support and Wellbeing Services
