Responsibilities 

• Manage Governance and Compliance duties across the Service 
• Deliver continuous improvement programmes and projects
• Lead and coordinate all staff processes, including induction and development
• Lead the Serious Incident Review process 
• Oversee the development of strategic plans and reviews
• Coordinate engagement with external organisations, including returns, and public affairs
