About Jolanta

What was your experience of Further/Higher education like?

I went to university in Poland. It wasn’t long after Communism had fallen but before Poland had joined the EU, so politically it was a very exciting time. I was over the moon to be offered a place at university and it felt like suddenly a world of opportunities had opened up.

What do you like most about your work as a Student Adviser?

Helping students gives me a great sense of fulfilment and achievement.

What's a surprising or interesting fact about yourself?

In my free time I love reading fantasy books about wizards, dragons and magic :)
