Summary of Reasonable Adjustments
Summaries of Reasonable Adjustments (SoRAs) are a key way in which we support students who disclose a disability to UCL. A SoRA sets out the Reasonable Adjustments which can support and enable continued student success.
Starting in 2024/25, there is a new, collaborative and multi-disciplinary programme of work which will seek to consider how UCL moves 'Beyond the SoRA'. You can find out more about the programme, as well as key workstreams, interim updates, and how to become involved via the programme's webpages.

Service Appointment Requests
At UCL, we meet student need wherever it is. In-person, online, or via the telephone, we ensure students receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place. We operate an 'inverted funnel' model whereby students do not need to understand our organisational structure, rather they simply ask for support and we triage them to the appropriate team.
Each year, we work hard to avoid instances of delays and students receive an experience which is assured through our Customer Service Excellence accreditation. The below information gives a flavour of the volume of requests for appointments, advice, and guidance which our respective teams process each year.
