Join our accommodation search focus group - £15 per person

Are you an international student living in private accommodation? How was the process of securing the accommodation? Were there any struggles you encountered? Tell us all about it in our in-person focus group!
Why we are doing this
Struggles with booking and living in private accommodation (anything other than UCL accommodation) can be really stressful for a lot of new incoming international students. The application process, utility bills, or just an annoying landlord, can be tricky to deal with if you weren’t familiar with these issues beforehand.
What if someone had told you about this before you came? Would it have helped? Well, this is why we are planning to hold private accommodation webinars for new international
students coming in September of 2023 and to make sure our webinars are as informative and helpful as possible, the UCL Welcome and Induction team is conducting research into your experience.
Therefore…we need your help! If you have time, please fill out this quick 5-minute survey below and consider joining an in-person focus group for a £15 Love2Shop voucher. The focus groups will be held from 01/05/2023 to 10/07/2023 (exact date to be confirmed) on the UCL Bloomsbury campus, where you can talk about your struggles with private accommodation and give us feedback on our presentation.
You would only have to join one session (approximately 90 minutes) for the £15 Love2Shop voucher and help countless of new international students! If not, don’t worry…filling out the survey helps plenty!
