Introducing the Student Enquiries Centre Real-Time Chat

The Student Enquiries Centre will be piloting a live chat service to support students who have a question about their enrolment or pre-enrolment and need a quick answer. This is a new service, so we will be limiting the number of students we can speak to at one time. 

We'll be available to chat with you from Tuesday 17th August. Our service hours will be:

• 9 am -11 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• 3 pm - 5 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. 

 During these times students will be able to chat with a member of our team under about:

• Enrolment
• Pre-enrolment

To chat with us please log into askUCL* and select the ‘Ask a Question’ option. Select one of the categories above and, if we are free, a chat box will appear.
