All Students
Support Services Fair
The Support Services Fair allows you to connect with UCL experts who can help with skill development, starting a business, volunteering, job hunting, health support, and more.
There's also the chance to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher to buy your first term essentials. Come along to the fair and find out how.

Campus tours
Campus tours will be running throughout welcome week on both our Bloomsbury and East campuses. They are designed to show you around different locations on campus including places to study, eat, where your lectures may be. These will be walk-up tours, no need to book!
Bloomsbury Campus
- Tours start every 20 minutes; each tour takes 30-40 minutes.
- Running daily from Monday, 16 September–Friday, 11 October
- Meeting point is the Main Quad.
- From 9am–10am and 4pm–5pm, there will be relaxed tours. These are slower (around 45–60 minutes) and provide more chances to pause and rest. We'll also have smaller group sizes. The information is exactly the same no matter which tour you go on.
East Campus
- There's two tours on offer at UCL East. There's a "Building Essentials Tour" which focuses on Marshgate. We also have a "Local Area Tour" which will point out the best places to shop, study, chill, and socialise.
- The "Building Essentials Tour" lasts 30 minutes. The "Local Area Tour" lasts 45 minutes. You choose to do either or both. For the "Building Essentials Tour", we recomend collecting your ID card before joining the tour.
- Running daily from Monday, 23 September–Friday, 27 September
- Meeting point is Marshgate building ground floor, Atrium.
Library introduction to Explore
- This short session introduces Explore, the UCL library catalogue. You'll learn how to access UCL's online library.
- Learn how to search, understand search results, and view your library account.
- Every day, Monday 23 – Friday 27 September 2024 at 12pm and 12.30pm, DMS Watson G15 Teaching Cluster (Science Library)

- This event will inform you of the wealth of facilities offered to research students, and what to expect as a new postgraduate researcher and what to expect from the exciting research community at UCL.

- This welcome event is a great opportunity to meet other postgraduate researchers, to hear from Doctoral School staff and to ask our current postgraduate researchers questions.

A Students' Guide to UCL is an in-person talk designed and presented by current students, for new starters. This talk is unlike any other induction event and is your chance to learn the tips and tricks curated by 100s of Students.
Your session will be on your timetable given to you by your department.
Postgraduate Students
